PURPOSE: A health diagnosis system using a bio-disk and a diagnosis method thereof are provided to perform hematocrit test using blood at home or in a hospital. CONSTITUTION: A health diagnosis system using a bio-disk comprises: a bio-disk(100) having a diagnosis channel to which blood is injected; an optical drive(300) for driving the disk; a driving control system(360) which is able to analyze centrifuged blood based on optical reflection rate difference; a detection unit(361) which is able to detect optical reflection rate difference of the blood; a analyzing unit(362) which is able to process detected data to diagnosis data; and a recording unit(363) which is able to record the analyzed result.
