摘要 PURPOSE: A microelectronic device capable of electric field modulation is provided to drive and detect micro-particles under various electrode sizes, intervals, and electric field gradient without a new device. CONSTITUTION: A microelectronic device capable of electric field modulation comprises a power supply(10), a first electrode(20), a second electrode(30), and one or more polymers. The first electrode is electrically connected to one end of the power supply to receive a reference voltage from the power supply. The second electrode is electrically connected to the other end of the power supply to receive a driving voltage from the power supply. The polymers, that are variable, are placed between the first and second electrodes.
