PURPOSE: A prefabricated panel structure for construction and a construction method of a wall using the same are provided to rapidly construct a wall by directly coupling panels. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated panel structure for construction comprises panels(100), bottom members(200), and position controllers(300). The panel comprises protrusion parts, groove parts and an assembly column. The bottom members are installed in a floor, and have fixing units coupled to the protrusion parts or the groove parts. The position controller controls an interval between the panels. |
