PURPOSE: An electric heat fomentation device is provided to maximize efficiency of emitting infrared rays by forming a housing with yellow soil and forming a heating element with ceramic and to strongly fix electric devices such as the heating element and a controller. CONSTITUTION: An electric heat fomentation device comprises: a heating element(40) which includes an electronic heater, emits far infrared ray which includes an electronic heater and consists of ceramics; a housing(10) having the heating element in which two or more pressure protrusions; a power connection device which is connected to the heating element; a temperature controller controlling the temperature of the electronic heater; and a power display device displaying the power of the electronic heater.
