PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of braile blocks for the blind and a braile block by the same are provided to prevent the separation of a colored block from a brail block by integrating the colored block in the brail block. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of braile blocks for the blind comprises the steps of: integrally molding a braile block out of resin or metal material, painting the upper center of the braile block into a yellow colored portion, drying the colored portion and coating a masking film, painting the rest of the braile block into a colorless portion, and removing the masking film from the colored portion. |
