PURPOSE: A multi functional banner advertisement device and a method for advertising a banner are provided to induce interest of a user with auditory effect by outputting voice or effective sound in response to a banner advertisement message. CONSTITUTION: A display unit(160) outputs a banner advertisement message on a screen of a multifunctional banner advertisement device. A storage unit(150) stores the banner advertisement message and a voice or effective sound in response to the banner advertisement message. An interface unit(110) provides a communication interface with an external device for editing the banner advertisement message. A central controller(120) outputs the banner advertisement message stored on the storage unit to the display unit using edition software embedded into the external device through the interface. |
