PURPOSE: A leaf spring mounting unit for a vehicle is provided to improve the spring alignment of the leaf spring by preventing damage to the leaf spring by improving a U bolt joint method. CONSTITUTION: A leaf spring mount unit(1) for a vehicles comprises a fixing block(10), a first U-bolt(20), a second U-bolt(30), and a joint bracket(40). The fixed block is formed in the upper center of a leaf spring(3). A fixing groove(11) is formed in the upper side of the fixed block. The top of the first U-bolt is fixed to the fixing groove. The fist U-bolt is inserted with protected in the leaf spring from top to bottom. The second U-bolt is arranged to be crossed with the first U-bolt. The joint bracket is arranged in the lower part of an shaft(5). |
