PURPOSE: A device for compensating voltage difference inside a vehicle is provided to prevent flickering of a display inside a vehicle by controlling an electric system voltage inside the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An input voltage measuring device(15) transmits the measured value of an input voltage of a voltage converter(14) to a microcontroller(12). An output voltage divider(21) measures the output voltage of the voltage converter. A voltage modulator(19) modulates the voltage applied from the microcontroller. An operation element(18) logically operates the modulated voltage by the voltage modulator and the output voltage applied to the output voltage divider. A pulse modulation controller(16) receives the logically operated voltage as the input signal.
