PURPOSE: A positioning equipment for a wall-mounted television is provided to enable the stability and fixture of a wall-mounted television by adjusting the yaw/roll angles of the wall-mounted television. CONSTITUTION: A second frame(20) is coupled to a first frame(10), and a third frame(30) is coupled to a second frame. A fixed plate(220) of a wall-mounted television is connected to a third frame. According to the rotation of the second and third frames, the pitch angel and the yaw angles of the television is manually adjusted. According to the rotation of the fixed plate, the roll angle of the television is manually adjusted.
