PURPOSE: A pumping stopper is provided to enable a user to selectively use the stopper according to the kind of content by compulsively discharging air from the inner part of a container and filling the inner part of the container with external air. CONSTITUTION: A pumping stopper comprises: a pumping unit(10) suctioning and discharging air through an air flow tube(112) using elevation of a piston(120) in a housing(110); and a stopper part which is inserted into the upper end of a container(30) and seals the container. The bottom end of the air flow tube is inserted into the stopper part and injects/discharges air using the pumping unit.
