AN ASEPTIC PACKING COOKED RICE WHICH MADE WITH THE DEEP SEAWATER AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Sterile packed boiled-rice using deep sea water and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the mineral content of the sterile packed boiled-rice and to improve shelf life of the rice by using desalted deep sea water as rice cooking water. CONSTITUTION: Sterile packed boiled-rice using deep sea water includes desalted deep sea water of 40-70 weight%. The desalted deep sea water is manufactured by adjusting solidity of mineral water and desalted water of high concentration in the deep sea water to 30 ~ 240. A manufacturing method of the sterile packed boiled-rice includes the following steps: washing the rice; immersing the washed rice in water; filling the immersed rice in a plastic container; sterilizing the rice with high pressure at a high temperature; supplying the desalted deep sea water of 30 ~ 240; steaming the rice; and wrapping the rice in a clean room with nitrogen.
