PURPOSE: A tire-tread rubber composition is provided to improve thermal stability, handling stability and abrasion resistance of a tire by containing a rubber formed with the tire-tread rubber composition. CONSTITUTION: A tire-tread rubber composition contains 1~20 parts of titanium dioxide nano-powder by weight, 3~30 parts of organo kenyaite by weight, and 0.5~8 parts of coupling agent by weight for 100 parts of raw rubber by weight. The titanium dioxide nano-powder has the hydrophilic property, specific surface area of 35~65, average primary particle size of 5~50 nano meters, tapped density of 120~140 gram per centimeter cube, and pH of 3.5~5.0. The organo kenyaite is produced by dispersing kenyaite into an ethanol solution including an organic modifier containing an amine group and a silyl binder, and binding the amine group to the inter-layer of the kenyaite. |
