摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing the super hydrophobic surface of biomimetic hierarchical structure is provided to maintain the hydrophobic stable surface property by combining a molding method and a surface chemical treatment method. CONSTITUTION: An energy hardening resin is formed on a substrate(102). The energy hardening resin is a nano-powder dispersion type. A pattern is formed on a mold(106). The patterned side of the mold is contacted to the upper side of the energy hardening resin. The energy hardening resin is hardened. The mold is removed from the substrate in order to form a hardening resin pattern layer(104b). A nano-powder is exposed on the patterned hardening surface of the energy hardening resin. The patterned hardening surface is surface-treated using a self-assembly mono layer.</p>
