PURPOSE: A displacement-amplifying damping system is provided to prevent damage to a structure by applying amplified displacement to a damper, and to reduce manufacturing costs of the damper. CONSTITUTION: A displacement-amplifying damping system comprises link members, an eccentric rotary plate(40), support members(50), and a damper(20). The link members are hinged on a support point(P0), and are moved when a structure is deformed. The eccentric rotary plate is rotated around the support point. The support members are hinged on the shorter point between points(P1,P2). The damper is hinged on the longer point between the points.
