PURPOSE: A cutting device is provided to achieve a cutting accuracy of a metal plate by preventing cooling water from coated on the metal plate. CONSTITUTION: A cutting device comprises: an upper and lower drums(13,14) which are installed on the upper and lower surface of a mass flow passage of a metal plate(6,7) and wherein cutting blades are installed and cuts the metal plate by rotating the upper and the lower drums; an upper spray header(15a, 15b) which sprays cooling water(W) on the upper drum; and a cooling water collection unit(20, 30) which is located next to the upper drum and collects the cooling water which is sprayed on the upper drum by the upper spray headers.
