PURPOSE: A system and a method for connecting plural payment units connected with a single stock account and a recording medium therefor are provided to process document files as payment unit connecting application electronic documents related to a single stock account. CONSTITUTION: It is checked whether one or more payment unit ledgers are connected with an account ledger corresponding to a stock account(362). If the payment unit ledgers are connected, payment unit ledger information for operating the N payment unit is generated(366). A payment unit ledger corresponding to the N payment unit is generated(367). The generated payment unit ledger is added as the N payment unit ledger of the account ledger. Payment unit ledger information is saved in the N payment unit ledger(369).
