PURPOSE: A water treatment device using biological activated carbon filtering basin with an air flotation device and an ozone reaction dissolved air flotation device is provided to effectively remove virus, solids, foul-smelling materials, organic materials in raw water. CONSTITUTION: An ozone reaction dissolved air flotation device(100) includes the following: an ozone generator(10); a cohesion part(40-1) forming floc by reacting solid materials of raw water with a flocculant; a floating separation part removing the solids; a floating separation device(40) having a floating sludge collector(40-2) transferring the floated sludge to a sludge discharge pit; a mixer(20) making ozone gas mixed water; a gas separation pipe(30) separating gas in the ozone gas mixed water; a transfer pump(15) transferring raw water to recycled water; a gas compressor(80); a booster pump(50); a gas dissolved tank transferring gas saturated water; a spray nozzle; and a gas blower(90) transferring the separated gas to an upper space or a discharge ozone processor.
