PURPOSE: An oil separator using a vortex tube is provided to effectively separate oil from blow-by gas by applying the material separation principle of a vortex tube. CONSTITUTION: An oil separator comprises a diaphragm part(10) with a plurality of diaphragms(14) to form a path(13) through which blow-by gas passes, and a vortex tube(20) which is connected to the exit of the diaphragm part and separates blow-by gas into gas component and oil component through the material separation action.
