PURPOSE: A cooling system of ball screw assembly is provided to prevent oxidation of instrument due to leakage of cooling fluid and degradation of durability due to permeation of cooling fluid into a bearing connection part. CONSTITUTION: A cooling system of ball screw assembly comprises a heat absorbing unit(310) which is inserted between an outer diameter and an inner diameter and absorbs heat; a heat pipe(300) which is extended to the heat absorbing unit and comprises an evaporation unit and a condensation unit which are exposed to outside; and a heat sink member(350) which is extended from the condensation unit of the heat pipe and radiates heat which is transferred from the evaporation unit.
