Device for the manual measurement of horizontal coordinates: Azimuth and Height, the present invention is intended to determine the sun height and azimuth by identifying the sunbeam projections over an horizontal plane and making reference in a second term with the magnetic north. The utility of the device is basic for testing the behaviour of the sun movement over a selected construction or any other element intended to be addressed with regard to the sun motion. The device for the manual measurement of horizontal coordinates: azimuth and height, is a useful element for analysing and characterising geometrical, thermal and light aspects in construction designs and further applications where the references of the horizontal coordinates are required. The reference of the sun position and the characterisation thereof in a building along the year is basic for other analysis, which uses said reference as a main element for making decisions. The result obtained subsequent the analysis of g eometrical aspects and horizontal coordinates may be the protection, along with other devices, against the solar radiation received in a predetermined surface.
