PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for manufacturing multi-color lipstick using replaceable dental furrow is provided to mold multi-color multi stick part and to improve satisfaction of consumers. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing multi-color lipstick using replaceable dental furrow comprises: a first injection process of injecting lipstick content inside a molding hole; a first cooling process of rapidly cooling dental furrow and solidifying the content; a guide dental furrow process of removing a first guide dental furrow and combining the second guide dental furrow; a second injection process of injecting lipstick content of multi-color; a second cooling process of rapidly cooling the dental furrow and solidifying lipstick content; and a process of supplying air of high pressure and separating from the dental furrow.
