PURPOSE: A system and a method for paying a utility bill by using a wireless charge box and a recording medium for the same are provided to manage a charge box and increase the profits of a client through a financial account corresponding to an account. CONSTITUTION: An information receiving unit(920) receives utility bill charge information stored in a wireless charge box from a wireless terminal. A ledger confirming unit(963) confirms at least one of a charge box connecting ledger connected to the received utility bill charge information. An information providing unit provides payment object charge box connecting ledger information and payment available balance information.
