PURPOSE: A damper apparatus is provided to increase damping efficiency and to reduce manufacture costs by comprising the minimum number of components. CONSTITUTION: A damper apparatus comprises one end in which a cylinder(23) is inserted and the other end which interrupts prevent the separation of the one end. The pass of the transmission member(3) is permitted by one end of a cylinder which causes the plastic deformation. A separation preventing member(22) prevents to the separation of the piston and is formed in the cylinder.
