PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for manufacturing a powder cosmetic product having a pearl powder printing part is provided to simultaneously perform make-up general powder and pearl make-up. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a powder cosmetic product having a printing part(60) comprises: a step of applying pearl powder on the upper portion of a first solid material(50) in a state of inserting powder solid material into a molding tool having a powder placement groove; a step of combining a printing tool having protrusion pattern part; a step of removing residual pearl powder; a step of separating the printing tool from the molding tool; a step of pressing pearl powder and a first solid material; and a step of forming various patterns of printing part.
