SWEPT SOURCE OPTICAL COHERENCE TOMOGRAPHY SYSTEM USING RAMAN AMPLIFIER

PURPOSE: A swept source optical coherence tomography system using a raman amplifier is provided to reduce a noise due to a crosstalk between channels while increasing the stability against high temperature by using a raman light source. CONSTITUTION: A light source unit(20) generates a coherent ray. An interferometer generates interference fringes from a sample. A receiver receives interference fringes fringe projected on the interferometer. The receiver changes the interference fringes into an electrical signal. A processing unit detects the signal of the receiver to collect data. The processing unit makes the collected data an image. The light source unit is a raman amplifier which offers a Raman light source.
