PURPOSE: A log information transmission method of a document using meta data, and a host machine, an image forming device and an image forming system applying the same are provided to manage a log record by transmitting a log information by the meta data with one among a log information reception account and a server address. CONSTITUTION: A document generator establishes meta data in a host device(S10). An image forming device stores print data(S30). The image forming device outputs the print data(S40). A log information generator analyzes the meta data. The log information generator creates working log information of users(S50). A transceiving unit transmits working log information in at least one among an E-mail, an SMB(Server Message Block) server and an FTP(File Transfer Protocol) server.
