MANUFACTURE METHOD OF CERAMIC FOAM WHICH SUPERIOR TO INSULATING EFFECT BY USING BY WASTE AND NATURAL GYPSUM

PURPOSE: A producing method of a foamed ceramic is provided to obtain a constant and strong foamed ceramic at room temperature using waste gypsum in a short amount of time. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a foamed ceramic comprises the following steps: heat-treating gypsum dehydrate into hemihydrate gypsum in an alpha type under the presence of Inorganic salts selected from the group consisting of aluminum sulfate, ammonium chloride, ammonium nitrate and, others; diluting a vegetable or an animal foaming agent and passing a foam generating device through to form a micro-foam layer; obtaining slurry with the foam by mixing the micro-foam layer with a mixture of the hemihydrate gypsum in the alpha type and ceramic powder; obtaining a foaming hardening material by supplying the slurry to a molding for hardening; and obtaining the foamed ceramic by drying and heating the foaming hardening material.
