PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize an electromagnetic flowmeter with the response characteristic thereof improved which is deteriorated owing to the charge of a capacitor for AC coupling. SOLUTION: In this electromagnetic flowmeter, an output signal of a detection electrode is AC-coupled to a head amplifier via a capacitor. This electromagnetic flowmeter includes a switch driven based on a reset signal and a reset circuit causing electric charge put into the capacitor to be high-speed discharged via the switch.
