PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine including a photosensor or an infrared sensor which can be operated with the feeling of directly operating an image display device by bringing a hand or a finger close to a glass plate on the front surface side of the image display device provided on a game board, and to provide a Pachinko game machine in which the photosensor or the infrared sensor can be disposed at an inconspicuous part. SOLUTION: The Pachinko game machine includes: a performance control means for controlling the image display device 16; and optical sensors 23 and 24 at the side part of the image display device 16 of the game board 4, capable of projecting light in a horizontal direction or a direction close to horizontal toward the glass plate on the front surface side of the image display device 16 and receiving the reflected light. The optical sensors 23 and 24 detect the hand or finger of a player brought close to the glass plate on the front surface side of the image display device 16, and the detection signal is output to the performance control means.
