摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability by enabling a rotation suppression member to be moved corresponding to a flow direction of fluid even when prying is generated between a spoke part and a slit side edge, in a flow rate sensor including: a sensor case 1 storing an impeller 2; a pair of bearing members 3, 4 provided on inlet and the outlet sides of the sensor case, for rotatably holding the impeller in the sensor case; and the cylindrical rotation suppression member 5 wherein a slit 51 is formed, to be movably engaged in the axial direction with the radial spoke part 43 provided on the outlet side bearing member, and a protrusion 52 for suppressing rotation of the impeller by being engaged with a blade part 23 of the impeller is projected on the end face facing to the impeller. SOLUTION: A projection part 53 projecting to the inward or the outward in the radial direction is formed on the tip of a part where the slit 51 of the rotation suppression member 5 is formed.
