PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing device, an information providing method and a program for reliably providing information suitable for each customer without missing the timing by providing information for each customer who spends a predetermined time at a predetermined place.

SOLUTION: The information providing device includes: an image pickup means for imaging a customer who spends a predetermined time at a predetermined place; an attribute information acquisition means for estimating the attributes of the customer based on the image captured by the image pickup means and acquiring attribute information showing the estimated attributes; and an information output means for customer for outputting information for customer according to the attribute information acquired by the attribute information acquisition means.
