<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install electric lines in a hose band formed by coupling a plurality of hose band elements. <P>SOLUTION: A hose band connector 10 for connecting two hose band elements has a flange carrier 12. The flange carrier has two connection side faces 14, 16 to which hoses for fluid and hoses 54a, 54b for electric line are fixed. A plug type connection 50 is arranged between a first electric line and a second electric line which are installed in the hose 54a and the hose 54b, respectively.
