<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a vacuum heat insulated casing having high performance and reliability over for a long time, improved in productivity and stabilized in dimension. <P>SOLUTION: This vacuum heat insulated casing 1 includes a core material 5 in a space 6 formed by an outer casing body 2, an outer casing lid 3 and an inner casing 4 respectively formed from a gas permeation retarding resin, and has vacuum double wall structure that the space 6 is sealed, reducing the pressure inside thereof. The outer casing body 2, of which top surface is opened, and the outer casing lid 3 closing the opening part of the outer casing body 2 structure an outer casing. An outer peripheral heating resistor 8 is pinched by the top surface of an outer peripheral connection part 7 of the outer casing body 2 and the bottom surface of the outer casing lid 3, and an inner peripheral heating resistor 10 is pinched by the top surface of an inner peripheral connection part 9 of the inner casing 4 and the bottom surface of the outer casing lid 3. Voltage is applied to the heating resistors 8 and 10 to generate the heat to melt each connection surface, and at the same time, the connection surfaces facing each other are pressurized in directions for adhering to each other to weld the outer peripheral connection part 7 and the outer casing lid 3 to each other and to weld the inner peripheral connection part 10 and the outer casing lid 3 to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
