<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectral apparatus that achieves a terahertz wave generation means with high sharpness for a specific wavelength, and exhibits excellent resolution. <P>SOLUTION: The spectral apparatus includes a light source device 1 capable of adjustably oscillating an electromagnetic wave (terahertz wave) in a specific wavelength region of≥1 GHz and a tunable wavelength selective filter 301 reflecting selectively an electromagnetic wave with a specific wavelength as reflective light that meets with a resonance condition to the electromagnetic wave oscillated by the light source device 1, in which the tunable wavelength selective filter 301 has two or more channel structures with a constant cycle at the side to enter a luminous flux and the tunable wavelength selective filter 301 is supported by a drive means 3 capable of adjusting an incident angle of the electromagnetic wave in combination with the oscillation wavelength from the light source device 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
