PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a three-dimensional honeycomb structure having uniform cell sizes. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the three-dimensional honeycomb structure having uniform cell sizes comprises steps for forming cells in an organic polymer by extruding and swelling a polymer solution containing an organic polymer and a solvent simultaneously together with gas by using a double-cylindrical nozzle, and successively manufacturing and laminating the cells.
