Ž<P>SOLUTION: This laser microscope device 1 includes a laser light source 4 for emitting extremely-short pulse laser light, a beam splitter 5 for splitting the extremely-short pulse laser light emitted from the laser light source 4 into two optical paths 6, 7, a frequency dispersion device 9 for adjusting a frequency dispersion amount of the extremely-short pulse laser light, a photonic crystal fiber 11 for converting a frequency of the pulse laser light to the high frequency side so that a frequency difference between each pulse laser light guided through the two optical paths 6, 7 becomes approximately equal to a specific oscillation frequency of molecules in the sample A, a laser combiner 8 for combining each pulse laser light guided through the two optical paths 6, 7, and a condensing lens 13 for irradiating the combined pulse laser light onto the sample A.
