<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply structured packaging box which reduces assembly man-hours and can save space without taking up much space. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This packaging box 21 is provided with a plurality of side panels 22a-22d for forming a peripheral wall 22 and a pair of lids 23, 24 for covering both end openings of the wall 22. The back side panel 22b which corresponds to the end edge of the lid 23 is formed with a cut and raise piece 30 able to be cut and raised through a cut line 31. The piece 30 is formed with a through hole 33 for catching and fixing.
