<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a drive source improving the control accuracy of the drive source. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A first adjustment section 9102 determines any one of required engine torque from among set static required engine torque, in a power train driver model 9000 and an ECT (Electronic controlled Transmission) torque control system 9010. The required engine torque determined by the first adjustment section 9102 is converted into dynamic required engine torque by a conversion section 9104. A second adjustment section 9106 determines required engine torque used for controlling an engine from among the dynamic required engine torque converted from the static required engine torque by the conversion section 9104, dynamic required engine torque set by a VDIM (Vehicle Dynamics Integrated Management) system 9020, and the dynamic required engine torque set by a vibration damping control system 9030.
