PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-noise DC/AC power source unit which can cope with various power source noise contained in an external AC power source and is of simple structure and is stable without being enlarged. SOLUTION: For this low-noise DC/AC power source unit, a plurality of batteries, which are charged with electricity from the external AC power source, first relays, which connect both only at charge to the prestage of each battery, means, which monitor the output voltages of the batteries, and circuits, which connect the output signals of the voltage monitoring means to a relay controller and also selectively connect the output of the batteries to the output terminal of a DC power source via second relays, are connected in plural numbers in parallel.
