PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air shower device capable of surely and efficiently removing dust. SOLUTION: The jetting of the air by a jetting section 2 is controlled by using a dust sensor 4 detecting the reflection of the light irradiated to a shower room 1, and outputting a signal corresponding to the amount of dust in the shower room 1 on the basis of the amount of light. Thus the dust can be surely and efficiently removed, which is due to detection of the amount of dust by the dust sensor 4 in real time. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
