<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical unit with a shake compensation function for suppressing a stress generated in a flexible substrate from hindering appropriate swing of a movable module. <P>SOLUTION: The flexible substrate 300 led out from the movable module 1 to a Y axis direction and fixed on a fixing body 210 includes a second C-shaped folding part 302 folded in a Z axis direction between a led out part 330a and the fixing part 350a to the fixing body 210. Since deformation of the flexible substrate 300 generated when swinging the movable module 1 around an X axis is absorbed with the second folding part 302, stress generated in the flexible substrate 300 is reduced. Thus, the stress does not hinder the appropriate swing of the movable module 1. In addition, when the stress generated in the second folding part 302 is small, the movable module 1 is fluctuated quickly since necessary force for fluctuating the movable module 1 is small. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
