SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING ACCESS TO INFORMATION ABOUT LIVING BODY, MICROSCOPE, AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for easily and reliably preventing an accident that a sample and chart information about an alien living body are falsely recognized as a sample and chart information about the same living body when using an electric chart system in observing a sample by a microscope.

SOLUTION: When a prepared specimen is set on a stage of the microscope 11, the microscope reads a two-dimensional barcode on the prepared specimen and transmits it to a terminal device 12. The terminal device 12 transmits identification information obtained by converting the two-dimensional barcode received from the microscope 11 to a server device 13. The server device 13 searches a database for chart information about a living body corresponding to the identification information received from the terminal device 12 and transmits it to the terminal device 12. The terminal device 12 displays the chart information received from the server device 13. When the prepared specimen is removed from the stage, the terminal device 12 stops displaying the chart information.
