<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an information input sheet for registering information from being illegally copied to be used, and to improve convenience of the sheet. <P>SOLUTION: According to acceptance of a provision request for an information input sheet from a user terminal 21, an information management server (commodity chart management server 10) is configured to issue a sheet ID uniquely specifying the information input sheet including time information, to embed the issued ID sheet into the information input sheet to register the sheet ID in a sheet ID table, and to provide the sheet with the issued sheet ID embedded therein to a user terminal 21. The management server receives the information input sheet in which the information is inputted from the user terminal 21, checks whether the sheet ID embedded in the received information input sheet is a normal sheet ID registered in the sheet ID table, and registers the information inputted in the information input sheet with the normal sheet ID embedded therein. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
