<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing lymphocytes, applicable to adoptive immunotherapy. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing lymphocytes is to culture lymphocytes or precursor cells of the lymphocytes in a state in contact with (1) a solid phase immobilized with an anti-CD3 antibody by using a solution containing <5μg/mL of the antibody and/or (2) a solid phase immobilized with a polypeptide having an amino acid sequence derived from fibronectin by using a polypeptide solution containing <25μg/mL of the polypeptide. The lymphocytes excellent in the rate of engraftment to a living body and maintenance performance in phenotype can be efficiently produced by the method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
