Disclosed is the use of erlotinib and cisplatin for the preparation of a medicament for treatment of non-small cell lung cancer, wherein the medicament consists of erlotinib, cisplatin and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carriers, wherein the medicament is for administration according to the following regime: (i) administering an effective first amount of erlotinib, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and (ii) administering an effective second amount of cisplatin.
