The invention relates to processes for biochemical treatment of industrial organic waste, namely wine-making waste. The process, according to the invention, includes the anaerobic fermentation in mesophilic conditions to obtain biogas of a mass containing distillery waste and flotation sludge, obtained by electroflotation after the dissolution of Prussian blue from cyanide glue precipitations, having the following ratio of components, in vol.%:distillery waste 60à80flotation sludge 20à40,the anaerobic fermentation being carried out with a fixed microflora in a fluidized bed, while retaining in a biodoser for 2à4 days. The result consists in recycling the wine-making waste and increasing the production of biogas in the process of anaerobic fermentation.
