<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a coaxial cable, and a transmission circuit using the same, with noise resistance improved, even if non-coaxial cables are used at an output side of the coaxial cable. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An improvement is added on a coaxial cable having connectors with a non-coaxial structure to a center conductor and an outer conductor at an output side. The coaxial cable includes bypass wires provided to be connected to the outer conductor at a position further toward an input side than where the connectors of a non-coaxial structure are connected with the outer conductor, and at a part where the outer conductor exists concentrically to the center conductor.
