PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a durable member capable of suppressing the progress of the corrosion of a thermally sprayed coating layer caused by a thermoelectromotive force. SOLUTION: In the durable member used as a heat transfer tube 20 or header tubes 30, 40 of an open rack type carburetor 100 for vaporizing liquefied natural gas by exchanging heat with seawater which is a heat source, the thermally sprayed coating layer 20b is formed on a portion or the entire part of an outer surface of a base material 20a, and a portion which is a surface of the thermally sprayed coating layer 20b in which a temperature becomes a seawater solidification temperature or lower during the operation of the open rack type carburetor 100, and a portion which is a surface of the thermally sprayed coating layer in which the temperature is not lowered to the seawater solidification temperature are connected by a metal-alloy wire 21.
