<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality determination device for accurately determining whether a blow-by gas treatment system has an abnormality. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This device is applied to the blow-by gas treatment system which includes a gas exhaust passage for communicating between a crankcase and the downstream side of a throttle valve in an air intake passage, a PCV valve for changing a passage cross section of the gas exhaust passage, and a fresh air guide passage for communicating the crankcase and the upstream side of the throttle valve in the air intake passage. Based on the amount (passage air intake amount GA) of air passing through the upstream side of a connection portion of the fresh air guide passage in the air intake passage, a throttle opening TA, and an air intake pressure PM, an estimated PCV flow rate MP is calculated (S102 and S103). Based on the air intake pressure PM, a reference flow rate MPb is calculated (S106). Based on a comparison result between the estimated PCV flow rate MP and the reference flow rate MPb, whether the blow-by gas treatment system has the abnormality is determined (S107).
