<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a resin molded product that can accurately adjust the position relationship of main members to carry out welding when a plurality of main members are allowed to abut and vibratingly welded and integrated. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the resin molded product by allowing an opening upper edge 21 of a bowl part 2 of an upper face opening and a lower edge 11 of a rim part 1 corresponding to the periphery of the opening upper edge 21, to abut each other and vibratingly welding them, comprises forming an upper positioning rib piece 3 protrusively on the outer surface near the lower edge 11 of the rim part 1, forming a lower positioning rib piece 4 protrusively on the outer surface near the opening upper edge 21 of the bowl part 2, adjusting the position of the rim part 1 and the bowl part 2 by the upper positioning rib piece 3 and the lower positioning rib piece 4, and positioning the rim part 1 and bowl part 2 by a fixing tool to integrally weld the rim part 1 and bowl part 2.
